These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IELTS Ahead services, website (ieltsahead.com), and courses provided by Ahead Exam Preparation Limited, Company Number NI589423 (“IELTS Ahead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services or access our website.

Eligibility
Age Requirements
- Students Must Be: At least 16 years of age to enroll independently; 13-15 years old WITH parental/guardian consent. Under 13: Not eligible for our services.
- Parental Consent: If you are under 18 years old: Your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms; Your parent or guardian must complete enrollment on your behalf; We may require proof of parental consent.
Additional Requirements
You Represent and Warrant That: You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; All information you provide is accurate and complete; You have the technical capability to participate in online classes (stable internet, working computer/device with camera and microphone); You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Services Description
1. One-on-One Private Classes
What You Get: Personalized live online classes via Zoom; Direct instruction from Teacher Leda or certified instructors; Customized study plan; Detailed feedback on speaking and writing tasks; Recorded sessions; Email support; Access to exclusive resources.
Scheduling: Classes scheduled by mutual agreement; Flexible rescheduling (see Cancellation Policy); 60-minute sessions standard.
2. Small Group Classes
What You Get: Live online classes with 4-6 students; Structured curriculum following SCORE Framework; Group interaction; Feedback on assignments; Access to recorded sessions.
Schedule: Fixed class times (2 classes per week standard); Limited rescheduling; 90-minute sessions standard.
3. Study Materials and Resources
Proprietary SCORE Framework materials; Practice tests; Vocabulary lists; Sample answers; Progress tracking tools. All materials are copyrighted by IELTS Ahead for personal use only.
Enrollment and Payment
How to Enroll: 1. Select course; 2. Complete enrollment form; 3. Make payment via Stripe; 4. Receive confirmation; 5. Schedule first class.
Payment Terms
Methods: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Bank transfer, Payment plans (for 20+ classes).
Pricing: Prices listed in USD, GBP, or EUR. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Currency fluctuations may affect final amounts.
No Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strict No Refund Policy: IELTS Ahead operates on a strict no refund policy for all purchases. All sales are final. Fees paid for our programs, classes, or subscriptions are non-refundable, without exception, regardless of usage or circumstance.
Cancellation & Future Credits: You may cancel your service at any time; however, no refund will be issued. As a courtesy, if you cancel with unused, pre-paid individual classes, we may, at our sole discretion, issue an account credit for those classes. Credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Group subscriptions require 30 days written notice to stop recurring payments and cancel the service. You will retain access for the remainder of that 30-day period.
Class Policies
Attendance: Attend on time, prepared, in a quiet environment with working tech. Arriving >15 mins late may count as a used session.
Absence & Rescheduling: 24+ hours notice for private classes to reschedule without penalty. Under 12 hours notice counts as a used class. Group classes cannot be rescheduled, but recordings are provided.
Recordings: Private classes are recorded via Zoom and kept for 6 months. Group classes are recorded for all participants. By enrolling, you consent to these recordings for educational purposes.
Homework: Submit writing tasks 48 hours before class. Feedback is provided within 48 hours of submission.
Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior Required: Treat everyone with respect; Use appropriate language; Maintain confidentiality. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, discrimination, recording classes without permission, or academic dishonesty.
Consequences: Written warning, suspension, or immediate termination without refund for serious violations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Content is Protected: SCORE Framework methodology, course materials, handouts, guides, tests, and “IELTS Ahead” branding are copyrighted by Ahead Exam Preparation Limited © 2018-2025.
Your License: You CAN download and print for personal study. You CANNOT share, post online, resell, modify, or use our framework to teach others commercially. Violation results in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Student Work: You retain ownership of your work. By submitting, you allow us to review and store it. Testimonials are only used with explicit written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Educational Services Disclaimer
IELTS Ahead does NOT guarantee specific scores, test passage, university admission, or visa approval. Results depend on your level, effort, and external factors. Our 92% success rate is a statistical average, not an individual guarantee.
“As Is” Service
All services provided “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or specific outcomes. We do not guarantee technology (Zoom/Internet) will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, missed application deadlines, or visa denials. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
Trademarks: IELTS is a registered trademark of University of Cambridge ESOL, British Council, and IDP. DET is a trademark of Duolingo, Inc. IELTS Ahead is NOT affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.
Teacher Leda’s Ex-Examiner Status
Transparency: Teacher Leda was an official examiner (2013-2024). She HAS insider knowledge of criteria but is NOT currently an active examiner. She will NOT assess your official test and cannot change official scores.
Termination & Governing Law
Termination: We may terminate services for terms violations or non-payment. You may terminate via email.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in Northern Ireland courts.
Dispute Resolution: 1. Informal Resolution (30 days); 2. Optional Mediation; 3. Litigation as a last resort. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually.
General Provisions
Includes Entire Agreement, Modifications (Continued use = acceptance), Severability, Force Majeure (Acts of God/Internet failures), and Survival of IP and liability provisions.
